Where we ship

We don't ship to US territories or outside the United States at this time.

Shipping options and costs

 

Orders to P.O. boxes ship by USPS. Orders to P.O. boxes and military addresses may take longer than these estimates.

When your order ships

We ship orders Monday through Friday, except US holidays.

Express orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific time on a business day ship that same day. Express orders placed later, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain brown box or a standard white carrier box. Nothing on the outside shows what's inside.

Check your address

Double-check your shipping address before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at info@smartbod.co. We can update your address only if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or missing packages

If your tracking says your package was delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your building's mail room first. If it still hasn't turned up, email us at info@smartbod.co within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to find your package.
